PEPPARKAKSBRÖD Lchf
2 dl mandelmjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
1 msk fiberhusk
2 msk pepparkakskrydda
100 g mjukt smör
3 ägg
1. Blanda mjöl, bakpulver, fiberhusk och kryddor.
2. Vispa smöret mjukt och fluffigt,
tillsätt ett ägg i taget och vispa emellan.
3. Häll i mjölblandningen och mixa till en smidig smet.
4. Klicka ut 10 - 15 små bullar på bakplåtsklädd plåt.
5. Grädda i 175 grader ca 15 minuter
Superenkelt och gott :)

Grundreceptet är det nedanför sen har jag lagt till solrosfrön ist för sesam och ca 1 dl frusna blåbär och 0,5 dl kokosflingor!

50 g (0,75dl) hasselnötter
50 g (0,75dl) mandel
50 g kruska kli, fibrex eller fiberhusk
2 tsk bakpulver
1,5 msk brödkryddor
Mixa allt till "mjöl"
Blanda sedan ihop:
50 g smält smör
1 dl creme fraiche
250 g keso
6 ägg
Gör så här
Mixa alla nötter och frön till "mjöl" i till exempel en mixer.
Blanda ihop allt och häll i en avlång brödform klädd med bakplåtspapper, (jag tog lite solroskärnor på brödet). Grädda i 60-80 min (beroende på ugn) i 175 grader. Ta ut brödet ur formen och låt det svalna. Skär i tunna skivor.
1 skiva = ca 1,1g kolhydrat
